WOD:
I. 10 Rounds
10 Burpee Pullups –
Rest 1 Minute
Completed: 8 rounds with ring pull-ups.
II. Power Cleans –
3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3
Completed: Round 1 @ 65lbs. Rounds 2-5 @ 85lbs. (Tried for 95, made one clean, the rest, well, not so much.)
So, here’s a synopsis of my train of thought during Part I of the workout tonight:
- Round one: ‘Feel Great! I’m getting so STRONG! Look at me gooo…. Woot. Woot.’
- Round five: ‘Ok, maybe I’m not that strong.’
- Round eight: ‘I wonder if anyone has ever passed out in class before.’
And that’s as far as I got. The 20 minutes was over. I did eight rounds.
