I. Deadlift
Work up to a heavy set of 7 Reps
Completed:
- Round 1 @ 95lbs.
- Round 2 @ 105
- R0und 3@ 115
- Rounds 4 – 5 @ 125
II. 3 Rounds for Max Reps in 1 minute of:
Kettlebell Swings (53/35) – Completed @ 24lbs. 18, 14, 17.
Box Jumps (24/20) – Completed @ 20″. 14, 12, 12.
Toes-To-Bar – Completed, knees to hips: 24, 18, 18.
Jumping Lunges – (Kevin made this look waaaaay too easy). Started with jumping but ended with standard: 13, 14, 17.
1 Minute Rest Between rounds
III. Tabata Pushups – Completed: but the numbers are blending.
