Warm-Up:

3 Rounds:

7 Strict Pullups

7 Pistols (Each Leg)

7 Turkish Get-Ups (Each Arm)

Does just getting UP, count? This was my first introduction to the Turkish Giddy Ups, and lo’ not so graceful.

WOD:

I. “Century”

For Time:

100 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

Rest 5 minutes

II. 100 Burpees

Rest 5 minutes

III. 100 AbMat Situps

Completed: 100 KB swings at 24lbs. Was tempted by the 18, but decided to push instead. Glad I did. The Burpees were BRUTAL, not gonna lie. I was topped out at 85, the clock had run out, and Caleb stepped in, encouraging me to push to a personal PR at 100.  You can do it!  And he was right! Completed 75 situps before the 5pm class was setting up. I was toast. TOAST.
