III. 100 AbMat Situps
Completed: 100 KB swings at 24lbs. Was tempted by the 18, but decided to push instead. Glad I did. The Burpees were BRUTAL, not gonna lie. I was topped out at 85, the clock had run out, and Caleb stepped in, encouraging me to push to a personal PR at 100. You can do it! And he was right! Completed 75 situps before the 5pm class was setting up. I was toast. TOAST.
