Just had four days off while traveling. Couple notes from the road; it takes a lot, A LOT, of extra determination to eat healthy when traveling. That’s just a fact. Everything within immediate reach is bad for you. Processed, fried, or otherwise. Which is why it’s better to think in terms of moderation. Do the best you can, and focus on the good.

So far, I’ve done pretty well. But if you’re staying as a guest in someone’s home, or get lost trying to find the grocery store, or are short on time, trapped in the airport, whatever it is, you’re gong to have to reach that much further, hold out that much longer, for something good for you. We’re Crossfitter’s, we can take it.
