20m Burpee Broad-Jumps

20m Walking Overhead Lunges (45/25)

Completed: Walking Overhead Lunges, first at 25lbs., but then down to 15lbs.

I’m the slowest person on the planet. Well, not the slowest. But sometimes I feel like that. Especially when folks look at my height and think I’m capable of great things; like strength and distance. But then when I start to move, they realize, well, I’m actually kind of slow. It takes me longer to clear the distance from up here to down there. It just does. And I don’t have the best posture either. But, we are working on ALL of this. And today, my last in my series of 3 till Monday, I left the triple wide tired and happy. Once again. Thank You CF.

III. With same partner, complete 100 Kettlebell Swings (53/35) as a team.

Completed: increments of 25 each, at 26lbs.
