Long day at work today, with an event tonight. So needed to get my WOD in early. Hit it at 11. Noticed an air of pea-green around the triple wide today. Must be the calm before the storm. The Throwdown Storm of bad-ass-ed-ness about to unleash itself. Tomorrow.


I. 5 Sets:

In 2 Minutes:

50 Double-Unders

AMRAP Burpees in Remainder of 2 Minutes

Rest 2 Minutes Between Sets

*Score = Total Burpees

II. 5 Sets:

30 Weighted AbMat Situps

Rest 1 Minute

III. Tabata Grasshoppers

Completed the ab mat sit-ups with a 10lbs. weight. Feel good.
