Long day at work today, with an event tonight. So needed to get my WOD in early. Hit it at 11. Noticed an air of pea-green around the triple wide today. Must be the calm before the storm. The Throwdown Storm of bad-ass-ed-ness about to unleash itself. Tomorrow.

Completed the ab mat sit-ups with a 10lbs. weight. Feel good.
