showed up

There’s something to be said for just showing up.  I made it. Bit by bit, clawing my way back from the oblivion of sorta maybe kinda thinking about not showing up and being unhealthy for just a little bit longer. Just one more day. What’s the difference. Nyet.

WOD:

I. Follow this progression for 20 minutes:

Minute 1 – 3 Back Squats (225/155)

Minute 2 – 10 Pistols and 10 Toes-to-Bar

Minute 3 – 3 Back Squats

Minute 4 – 10 Pistols and 10 Toes-to-Bar and so on….

Completed: Back squats @ 95bs. Thanks Chad for doing the math and
suggesting the perfect amount. And a shout out to Kelly, my partner.
This was her first WOD!  She did great.  A rock star in the making.
