I. With at Partner-

AMRAP in 30 Minutes:

Run 200m

10 Barbell Lunges (Bar in Front Rack) (155/105)

5 Burpees

*Only one partner moving at a time

Completed: 7 Rounds. Almost 8, with 5 burpees to go.  Weight at 55lbs. Pretty sure I had the best partner in the room, Lauren, as she can knock out burpees like nothing more than a Sunday stroll in the park.
