So, its time to stop talking about the shoulder. Take the skirt off and stop complaining. It is what it is. Going at a lighter pace, or no, makes no difference. It’s time to STOP looking around the triple wide and comparing and feeling like a pansy. it’s time to just take heart in being at CF and hitting the WOD’s. Circa Jason’s most excellent post. Shiet.

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Snatches (75/45)
30 Snatches (135/75 lbs)
30 Snatches (165 /100 lbs)
Max Rep Snatches (210/120)
This workout begins from the standing position. The athlete will complete all reps at the first weight before advancing to the next weight. Score is total reps completed in 10min.
Completed: With a most excellent partner, Chad! Who is competing in the Open, and killed it at the Men’s RX weights, 68 total Snatches. Pure Awesome! My reps turned out as follows: 85 total, 30 @ 35lbs., 30 @ 45lbs. 25 @ 55lbs. Thanks to my partner for cheering and encouraging the entire time.
