I. Strength:

Back Squat – 3 x 10

Completed: 3 Rounds of 10 at 95lbs. It’s interesting how you start out on the back squat reps there’s a feeling of NBD. But right around rep 7 this feeling changes into, feeling a little wobbly. Back squat is no joke. We have a back squat challenge looming at ACF. More on that to follow.
