rope climbs. to be revisted.

While I had today off from work, I still found it difficult to make the time to get to ACF. My mo-jo absent-mindedly left by the side of the road somewhere, probably alongside the extra large roll of wrapping paper bought, paid for, and left behind at the register at Target last night.

I. Barbell Gymnastics:

Hang Power Snatch – 5 x 3

*Rest 60 seconds between sets

Completed: at 55lbs., 65lbs., 75lbs.

II. Conditioning:

For Time:

7 Rope Climbs (15)′

7 Push Press (185/120)

5 Rope Climbs

5 Push Press

3 Rope Climbs

3 Push Press

Completed: Push press at 55lbs.  Ladder climbs, yes. No idea about time. Was not paying attention. My lovely ACF athletes were telling me I could easily do a rope climb, but I was certain otherwise. This needs to be revisted.
