It’s been difficult to find the time during this final week of the holiday to get to ACF, let alone post the WOD’s. But we are all in control of our decisions.

I push through and remain steadfast in my commitment to make it to CF.

II. Barbell Gymnastics:

Establish a 1RM Clean

Completed: at 95lbs. Not a 1RM, working on form.

I. Conditioning:

4 minutes ME Burpee Box Jumps 20″

*Rest 2 minutes.

4 minutes AMRAP of:

20 Barbell Overhead Walking Lunges (95/65)
10 Ring Swings to Hip

*Rest 2 minutes.

2 minutes ME Burpees

Completed: avg. 8 burpee box jumps per minute.
