 Completed: working up from 85lbs., 105lbs., 115lbs., 125lbs. Finished 1RM at 135lbs. failed at the second attempt.

II. Conditioning:

“The Chief”

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:

3 Power Cleans (135/95)

6 Pushups

9 Air Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

Completed: Avg. 3 rounds plus 3 per cycle. at 85lbs.
