I. Strength:

High Bar Back Squat
One: 3 x 5 @ 75%,
Two: 3 x 3 @ 85%

*Rest 2 minutes between sets
Completed: Round One at 115lbs. Round Two at 125lbs.

II. Conditioning:

5 Rounds:

5 Pullups

10 Pushups (Hand-Release)

15 Air Squats

Rest 1 Minute

5 Rounds:

5 Pullups

10 Pushups (Hand-Release)

15 Air Squats
