Completed: in just under the 25 minute mark. Scaled the rope climbs to rope ladder climbs. Not gonna lie, these are scary as shit. I only made it up 3/4 of the way to the top each time too. Heaviest clean and jerk at 85lbs. Was struggling getting to class today, it being monday, or having the day off, insert excuse HERE. Glad I made it though. Always am. Tomorrow is a new day. Busy week ahead. The triple wide has a really high ceiling.

I’m just going to say it out loud and be done with it. Even after all the excitement and the PR’s on Saturday, and feeling good and setting course for new horizons as stated in my previous post, etc. blah blah blah. I ate 6 slices of pizza on Saturday night. When the wheels come off, they really come off. Not gonna lie about this either. Tasted awesome. Would have eaten more, if there was any. But there wasn’t. Cause I ate it all. Been good and back on track since. Today is monday. Salad with chicken breast for lunch. Lots of water. Not even feeling particularly hungry for dinner. So, all is not lost. The ship has been righted. Guess I just needed to let go of the helm for a bit. Thank you for listening.
