Completed: Deadlifts at 95lbs. Knees to hips. Total time: 6:10.

All of the above jotted down with very shaky hand.

I’ll admit it. I was at home lazily enjoying my second cup of coffee this morning, rationalizing why I didn’t need to hit a WOD today. I had done well food-wise during our Girls’ BDay Dinner last night at Creo; didn’t have any bread, stuck to the protein and greens. But then this morning I saw it was ‘Grace’ and well, it was a Benchmark that needed to be filled. So, loaded Oliver into the car cause he loves it so, and off we went.

Side note: Felt Great!

After the WOD, I did some errands and stopped at Chipotle for one of my favorite salads on the go: Lettuce, sautéed veggies, chicken, tomato salsa, corn salsa, guac. No dairy, no wheat, right? But, started to wonder what was really contained therein this lovely bowl of mushy guac’d goodness. Checked Chipotle Fan and here’s what I found:

Not bad, right? I mean, the calories are high. Ho-ly. BUT, right in line with carbs and protein, and zero trans fat. Good to know. Please ignore the sodium. It would be better for all concerned.
